Cloudflare R2
Section titled “Cloudflare R2”All media uploaded through a flow (images, videos, audio, documents up to 16 MB) is stored in Cloudflare R2. Voxa never serves public R2 URLs — every request returns a signed URL with a 15-minute TTL. If you embed an R2 link in an external system, either refresh it regularly or request a fresh URL at view time.
Allowed MIME types are fixed at the platform level:

application/pdf,application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet(XLSX)
