Do I need a Meta Business Manager account to use Voxa?

Yes. Voxa connects to WhatsApp via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API; there is no other option today. You’ll need a verified Business Manager, a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), a phone number registered against the WABA, and an app with WhatsApp added. See Connecting channels.

Yes. Every new workspace gets a 14-day full-feature trial. After the trial, you subscribe via Paystack or the workspace is suspended (reactivation restores everything).

Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number to a workspace?

No. One tenant = one WhatsApp number. The constraint is enforced at the database level. If you need several numbers, create several workspaces.

Does Voxa train AI models on my WhatsApp conversations?

No. The Privacy Policy § 4 is explicit: customer WhatsApp messages, contacts, campaign content, and uploaded media are never used to train or fine-tune any ML model — ours or a third-party provider’s.

  • GDPR: Voxa processes personal data on behalf of tenants; the GDPR Article 28 / Article 6 treatment is in active legal review. Ask privacy@voxa.software for the current DPA draft if you have EU data subjects.
  • CCPA / CPRA: Voxa does not sell or share personal information. California residents exercise rights via privacy@voxa.software.

Can I send broadcast messages to a contact list?

Not yet. The broadcast entry mode is defined but the background worker isn’t wired. Today the entry modes that work are link, qr, and keyword. Broadcast is on the near-term roadmap.

Can I send WhatsApp templates from a flow?

Not yet. Voxa stores your approved templates from Meta, but the flow-execution worker does not emit template messages. All outbound today is free-form text (inside the 24-hour customer-care window).

Not yet. Today contacts land in three ways: inbound WhatsApp messages (automatic), manual add in the dashboard, and the soon-to-ship import feature.

Yes:

  • Entries — XLSX or CSV, async via the dashboard or /entries/export. Emailed to you as a signed R2 URL (15-minute TTL).
  • Contacts — CSV or XLSX streamed synchronously from /contacts/export.

Not yet. The only public HTTP surfaces today are /api/health (operations) and the marketing-site endpoints (/blog, /careers, /contact). A product API for flows / campaigns / entries is on the roadmap — email hello@voxa.software if you need early access.

Yes — status.voxa.software (Better Stack). If /api/health is green across monitoring regions, the platform is up.
